WHERE? Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain (other destinations also possible) WHEN? Position available all year round DURATION: minimum 3 months HOW MANY HOURS? Full-time, 40h/week
The tasks are varied:
- Check-in/Check-out
- Inicident Management: Provide solutions for unforeseen events like late check-out, extensions or early departures
- Interacting in a courteous and professional manner with guests and hotel staff
- Assisting in taking reservations
- Cooperation with Reservations, Public Relations and other departments to coordinate tasks
- Answering questions related to the hotel, the premises, events and leisure offers
- Complaint management, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
We are looking for:
Ø Studies: Business, Languages, Tourism
Ø Languages: VERY GOOD ENGLISH + upper-intermediate SPANISH
*it is absolutely necessary to to sign an internship agreement with your school/university - please ask about this possibility before applying
