We are recruiting for roles in Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, Leeds and Manchester.

You will be part of an initial intense and tailored training programme combining theoretical classroom based learning with on the desk practical work. You will be teamed up with some of the industry's leading consultants to support your learning every step of the way. Over the subsequent nine months your training and development will continue and you will reap the financial rewards of your hard work and focus.
With at least 12 months sales experience within a target driven environment, the HCIG graduate training programme provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in recruitment. You already have an interest in building relationships and are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve success are a fundamental part of your personality and success for you is as much about financial gain as personal achievement. Due to the fast paced and varied nature of the role you will have excellent time management and be highly organised.
