That is the question that every student must take before submitting his/her application to this company dedicated to the import, export and marketing of wines of all types and colors. More than a simple wine sales site, this website is a platform for communication and artistic expression and passion about the world that surrounds the aromas and flavors of wine in different presentations.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are spread over the translation of reviews and descriptions of wines, customer management and development of marketing tools on-line:

• Translation of website content, blog and social networks (Spanish to English)
• Customer Service by email, chat and occasionally by phone (purchase inquiries, wine pairing recommendations and other issues related to the product sold by the company)
• Participation in Social Networking actions and / or writing Blogs.

Requirements

• Availability to stay 3-6 months
• Absolutely obligatory to sign an internship agreement with the university (legal requirement in Spain in case of all internships)
• Studies in Languages, Journalism, Corporate Communication
• English native, Spanish at least upper-intermediate (B2)
• IT skills: Windows, Office, Internet
• Knowledge of web marketing is highly valued
• Interest in enology is highly valued
