INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an intern who can commit to a four to six month internship in our China manufacturing plant. We are currently offering internship opportunities for individuals who are outgoing, ambitious and willing to learn more about China's automotive industry. Interns in our organization gain exposure to manufacturing sensors used in automobiles. Our organization offers interns an opportunity to gain real experience working hands-on in our manufacturing plant. As a European run organization, all interns are supervised by a foreign mentor. We feel that this internship is great for young professionals who would like to learn more about what it takes to manufacture in China.
DUTIES:
- Improving existing manufacturing processes to reduce time, costs, and reduce waste.
- Help modify documentation in English for clear understanding of our manufacturing process.
- Training operators on new processes that are implemented.
- Incorporate lean manufacturing to our current processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently majoring or graduated with a degree in automotive, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
- Detail oriented
- Interested in the automotive industry
- Team player
- Good communication skills in English
- Bright and energetic attitude
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a fee to participate in My China Opportunity's internship program. This fee covers a variety of resoources in Beijing, such as placement, housing, mandarin classes, access to networking events, etc.
Two month program is $4,000 (£2408)
Three months is $5,000 (£3010)
Four months is $6,000 (£3613)
