Seeking a proactive confident individual who is confident working alone as well as within a team. Individual must have good communication skills and be confident making sales pitch to individuals or groups. You will be required to source new properties for our expanding property business by liaising with estate agents, property management firms and large landlords.
Desirable Flatshares is a specialist flatshare company specialising in providing accommodation for young professionals and students in the capital and now looking at expanding the number of properties we currently have on our books. We are predominantly located in Central london but now looking at expanding into East London and some parts of North London. We are looking for proactive sales agents to acquire new properties and potentially also market these properties to prospective tenants.
You role will be to source suitable properites that we can turn into flatshares for our database of young professionals looking for quality aparments. This will involve you liasing with estate agents, property owners and property management firms. You will be part of a team searching for suitable proeprties in and around the london area. Your role will involve you having to develop your own network so that you become a go to contact for new properties on the market.
Essential Skills required:
. Confident and well spoken
. Excllent communicaton skills both written and verbally
. Capable of working within a team as well as your own
. Must be able to use his/her own initiative.
. Must have good presentation skills.
The job is flexible hours and can therefore fit around your schedule.
Remuneration:
For every new property successfully signed by us that you have introduced through your connection, you will be paid £200 payment. Should you also market the property to our tenants and succesffuly secure tenants fore each room, you are paid a further £50 per room. (minimum number of rooms for all our apartments are 4). Therefore you could be earning anything from £200 - £400 per property.
