We operate an on-line system where staff is able to pick and choose their hours. Perfect for students and whoever is looking for flexible work. The pay is competitive and we have work available every day of the week. We are looking for the following:
- Banqueting and cocktail waiting staff
- Basic bar and/or cocktail making staff
- Food prepping
- Baristas (coffee-makers)
Candidates we are looking for have excellent communication skills, plenty of initiative and a high standard of personal presentation.
Customer service or hospitality experience is desired, but extensive training is provided to all LOLA staff.
LOLA has a very friendly, welcoming and multicultural team in the office and on-site. We also have a Senior Site Team developed in-house that is well trained, ambitious and enthusiastic enough to help any new comer with their progression and developing new skills that they never thought they had. Also, LOLA runs very intensive quality control by collecting feedback from every client and Senior Site Team member in order to make sure that we promote the right people at the right time.
