Graduate Internship – Client Management

Job description

We are an OPEN ACCESS funding platform in which our clients choose to sell their receivables at a target funding rate and terms of their choice, our global marketplace matches sale requests with institutional buyers in real-time. There are no access restrictions and we operate in multiple languages on a non-recourse basis with uncapped liquidity. 


Our platform is faster, cheaper and has greater scalability than most Bank Letter-of- credit or factoring platforms globally. The Candidate

  • An undergraduate or post-graduate degree holder from a top tier institution with solid background in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Politics, International Policy or Business Studies. 
  • A strong interest in global trade and export finance is a must with a passion for meeting targets and driving revenues. 
  • The candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of organisational and communication skills, intellect, motivation and financial ambition. 
  • The candidate should demonstrate problem solving skills in a high pressure environment, ability to work independently and desire to develop into a full-time member of the Aztec team. 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Assist Business Development Team 
  • Produce business development strategy reports 
  • Contribute to data analysis and presentations 
  • Perform the professional analytical and management support duties as delegated 
  • Build spread sheets, interrogate databases and other computer applications as required 
  • Support the on-boarding process for new sellers 
  • Assist client management associates on data collection, screening and storage on new sellers information 
  • Assist sellers during the on-boarding process 
  • Collect, check and review new debtors’ information to support the approval process 
  • Assist client management associates in building effective communication channels with debtors 
  • Contribute in ensuring all new invoices submitted via the platform are confirmed as in order prior to auction 
  • Support Collections and Refunds activities 
  • Support the confirmation of invoices’ reassignment to debtors 
  • Assist client management associates in ensuring all invoices are paid on time and all parties are kept fully informed 
  • Support the team in ensuring disputes are resolved as quickly as possible 
  • Liaise with Management to resolve any queries and issues to achieve high customer satisfaction 
  • Assist with team or operational duties as directed or required

For this particular role we are seeking a native Turkish speaker to build our business in Turkey. 


You will be required to travel on an occasional basis to visit clients.


Successful interns will be offered a full time role at the end of internship.
