Finance/Accounts Intern

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide support to the accounting team and in return will learn the following: 
  
• How to receive supplier invoices and match and check purchase orders 
  
• Gain experience in handling supplier statements, matching and checking invoices and processing payments from ledgers 
  
• Learn about bank remittances, the creditor's ledger and managing a credit card statement 
  

• Experience of working in an accounts team 
  

• High attention to detail 
  
• Excellent organisational skills 
  
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of both written and verbal English 
  

• Language skills (Spanish & French) 
  
• Motorsport industry and event knowledge preferable 
  
• Capable of working as part of a team and always in a professional manner 
  
• Previous experience working within a Financial Accounting team
