You will be working in our London office.


Your Role

  • Facility Management: Coordination of all services by external companies. Responsible for the cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance of all office facilities as well as the company car. Fire security and coordination with the landlord
  • Setup, administration and maintenance of all technical equipment, e.g. work stations and screens
  • Ensure maintenance and upkeep of London office space: cleaning once a week, control clean desk policy, refill inventory
  • IT Support: First person of contact for all basic computer related issues for our employees in London
  • Request offers, evaluate them against each other and carry out a regular supplier analysis to decrease costs and increase efficiency
  • Coordinate all external services suppliers, e.g. for renovations
  • First person of contact for all services in London, including deliveries, mailings
  • Report to and support the Facility Supervisor in Zurich
  • Interact with other teams and be a part of the process with positive and helpful reviews
  • Ensure proper workflow tracking (JIRA) and documentation (Confluence)
  • Serve as an open ear to employee feedback, discuss in team meetings and communicate suggestions to operations
  • Answer employee inquiries, foster a Centralway family feeling and the Centralway culture


Our Requirements

  • Organizational talent, and good at multitasking
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience in handcraft (plumbing, electrician, or similar)
  • Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus
  • High quality standards for every work output and internally motivated by quality results
  • Very deadline sensitive and fast to escalate possible bottlenecks
  • Straight forward communication skills
  • Reliable and independent worker
  • Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments
