Job description

Tasks:

• Executing all aspects of the client project, including managing the overall project workflow, ensuring all work is fully briefed, signed off, and documented as required, 
  
• Manage day to day client relationships, building strong working relationships with the client team while managing project updates, key deliverables, project milestones, and financials to ensure all aspects of project flow smoothly 
  
• Complete financial budgets and monthly invoicing while working with internal AH functions to ensure high quality deliverables within budgets 
  
• Conducting project reporting, including data extracts and analysis for client as well as internal AH project updates 
  
• Flags potential project issues as they arise within AH, proactively suggesting potential solutions to ensure smooth running of the client projects 
  
• Builds rapport with day-to-day client contacts through good project management and consistent project updates and delivery 
  
• Proactively identifies potential opportunities within client projects for Atlantis to grow the business and suggests these to Solutions / Account lead 
  
• Provides input on new products and services and supports new business development as required
