Who we are .....

Remade in Britain launched in November as Britain's only online marketplace for upcyclers and vintage sellers. We have grown quickly and have a great community of retailers already selling with us. Our aim is to become the place to come to buy upcycled goods and to be a community hub for the upcycling world. As a result of our rapid expansion we are needing extra help. It is an exciting and unique opportunity for a young person to be involved with such a young company and be part of its development and growth.

What the role will involve ........

  • Providing customer support for our retailers and customers on the phone, by email or by live chat. 
  • Keeping retailer and customer databases up to date. 
  • Assisting in helping new retailers upload their shops, photos and details onto the website. 
  • Helping edit and upload new content onto the website. 
  • Supporting the daily social media campaign. 
  • Assisting with marketing emails and blogs when required.

What we ask of you ....

  • Willng to get stuck in as no day is ever the same! 
  • Being enthusiastic and be able to work as part of a small team. 
  • Have good interpersonal and written skills. 
  • Computer skills and knowledge of all social media channels is essential. 
  • A passion for craft or upcycling would be an advantage ...... but not essential.
