Arc Hospitality Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced hospitality staff to work at well-known stadia, including Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, Chelsea Football Club, and Twickenham Stadium from April 2015. Successful candidates will be those who have a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service in VIP Hospitality suites and lounges.
Roles and Responsibilities
After completing our onsite assessment, successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the football grounds undertaking both hospitality and bar roles. You will need to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for your role and be dedicated to delivering a high-end service to all customers.
About You
We recruit the right people with the right attitude. It is essential that your work history includes some hospitality, waiting on, bar or customer service experience.
Naturally, your appearance and presentation will be of a high enough standard to reflect favourably on our company. A hands-on attitude aligned with confidence and initiative is essential.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK, be able to supply full right to work documentation and possess a good level of spoken and written English.
Details of Role
The rate of pay is £7.78 per hour (includes holiday pay) with good opportunities for tips.
