We currently have several positions for Front of house receptionists to work with corporate clients in the City of London.

Job description

Previous experience in similar role, would consider PA experience to directors level, preferred but not essential if you can prove you have the following qualities:

• Friendly and approachable.
• Professional in your work.
• Organised and unflappable.
• Immaculate in your appearance and well groomed.
• Discretion

The Role:

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
• Front of House receptionist
• Meet and greet visitors
• Assisting with phone enquiries and liaising with Pas, Directors and facilities management.
• Organising meeting rooms
• Issuing security passes.
• Booking taxis and couriers.
• General Admin duties
• To provide excellent customer service.

These roles are temporary/short and long-term contracts and could possibly lead to full time roles. Excellent rates of pay.
