Part Time Receptionist Required Within Well-Being Centre

58 South Molton St | Well-Being Business Centre are looking to recruit a part time receptionist to join their professional team. We are looking for a hard working, friendly and dedicated individual who is always willing to help. The role is suitable to support a student through their education, who is flexible with their hours.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To deal with all clients' enquiries and appointments in an efficient and courteous and manner, ensuring that excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times.
  • To represent 58 South Molton St in a professional way, demonstrating our ethical and integral approach across all areas of the business and in all dealings with clients, practitioners and external businesses.
  • To provide a safe, comfortable environment for our clients and practitioners.
  • Support Line Management, contributing to the Business Strategy by striving to achieve operational objectives and personal goals.

JOB ACTIVITIES

Customer Service



o To deal with all face to face, telephone and email enquiries regarding our practitioners, treatments/therapies and appointments in an informed, discreet and professional manner.



o To process all client appointments / cancellations in an accurate and timely manner, supporting the business policies at all times.


o Liaise with the practitioners on a daily basis, fulfilling their requirements in regard to the handling of their clients, providing them with any relevant and necessary information about their appointments.



o Deal with any customer complaints, handing over those that you cannot resolve to the Practice Manager and reporting all complaints to the Management.



Payment Processing



o To take accurate payments for all appointments.



o Contacting clients to collect late cancellation payments, in a way in which enables the business to maintain amicable client relations.



o Reconciling your Banking at the end of each shift – investigating and resolving all discrepancies.



Operations



o To provide a consistently safe, clean, comfortable and tidy building, carrying out regular and thorough building inspections.



o To fully prepare the Practice Rooms between Practitioners, restocking with supplies.



o To report low back-up stocks and any maintenance issues to the Practice Manager.



o Liaise with Suppliers and External Contractors in the Practice Managers absence.



SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Extensive Customer Service experience.
  • Good working knowledge of outlook, Excel and Word
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High degree of initiative and motivation.
  • High degree of organisational skills, prioritising workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
Willing to work with a 'Can-Do' attitude
