Position: Call Center/Help Desk Agent
Roles and Responsibilities:

To receive and handle inquiries

Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and providing support where needed

Pro-actively responding to customer queries

Liaising with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues

Providing troubleshooting and general support for the customer

Identifying issues for escalation and routing accordingly
We are looking for:
- Native or fluent: French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic or Turkish
- English level B2 minimum
- Long-term relocation (not a summer job or internship)
- Finished A-levels or a graduate
