Customer Service Representative - Internship – English Native

To enhance its development, BOC has created a Customer Care Department dedicated to high-end brands such as my-Dermacenter, Helena Rubinstein, Kerastase or Serge Lutens Perfumes.

Brand Online Commerce is looking for an Intern as a Customer Service Representative English Native for its Customer Care Department.

Job summary:

The Customer Service Representative supports the agency's efforts to ensure full customer satisfaction for each brand.

  • Work in our call center, handle all customer communications by phone and email: inquiries, concerns, complaints, escalations, comments.
  • Handle customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.
  • Achieve the objectives of the brand (treated calls and emails)
  • Increase brands loyalty by providing effective solutions to resolve unsatisfactory service issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Your profile:

  • English native speaker & French fluent mandatory.
  • 2 years in University in Foreign Languages or Communication or Sales
  • Retail experience in beauty, fashion or related luxury brand would be an asset
  • Good computer skills of MS office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing abilities; the candidate must possess an impeccable telephone manner, a classy attitude and have proficient typing skill
  • Highly customer service oriented, enjoy handling and resolving situations
  • Highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, a strong team player, flexible and able to multi-task
  • Able to work under time constraints
