Brand Online Commerce is looking for an Intern as a Customer Service Representative English Native for its Customer Care Department.
Job summary:
The Customer Service Representative supports the agency's efforts to ensure full customer satisfaction for each brand.
Work in our call center, handle all customer communications by phone and email: inquiries, concerns, complaints, escalations, comments. Handle customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. Achieve the objectives of the brand (treated calls and emails) Increase brands loyalty by providing effective solutions to resolve unsatisfactory service issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Your profile:
English native speaker & French fluent mandatory. 2 years in University in Foreign Languages or Communication or Sales Retail experience in beauty, fashion or related luxury brand would be an asset Good computer skills of MS office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) Excellent verbal communication and writing abilities; the candidate must possess an impeccable telephone manner, a classy attitude and have proficient typing skill Highly customer service oriented, enjoy handling and resolving situations Highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude. Detail-oriented, organized, a strong team player, flexible and able to multi-task Able to work under time constraintsYou like challenges? This internship is for you!
