Wild Packs are dedicated to finding the perfect camps to match our staff, and the kids. Tell us your talents, hobbies and skills and we will find the ideal position for you at one of the various incredible camps we work with, which are based all over the US.

Applications are online and with Wild Packs there are no registration or application fees. Only once you’ve been through the interview process and you’re accepted onto the program, is a small deposit due. Our salaries are the highest in the industry, ensuring you get a fair deal.
We will support and guide you through the application process; all of our team work for various camps in the US over the summer, so we know our stuff! Wild Packs allow you to have choice and input into what type of camp you’d feel most comfortable working at. We want to get to know you, so that we can find you a position at a camp that’s just right for you. In our books, happy counsellors equal happy campers!
Full onsite training is provided, as is all food and accommodation whilst you are working at camp. This means no bills! And because you’ll be receiving a salary, and not pocket money, you’ll have plenty of dollars to use after camp, so you can travel around the States! You’ll be allowed to stay in America for up to 6 weeks once your contract is over, so start planning your post camp trip! Mum and Dad needn’t worry either, as you’ll have complete medical insurance throughout the duration of your stay.
