Benjamin Franklin House is a dynamic museum and educational facility located at 36 Craven Street, just off Trafalgar Square. The House is the only surviving residence of this American founding father and distinguished scientist.
We are in need of volunteers to help us with the smooth running of our Grade 1 listed Georgian museum and educational facility. We require our assistants to work closely with the Operations Manager and the Education Manager on a variety of special assignments, from marketing to organisation of educational events, in addition to vital 'front of house' duties such as leading tours of the House and general customer service.
Positions at Benjamin Franklin House are great for students who want to gain work experience in a museum/historic house or have a special interest in history, archaeology, heritage or science.
