Job description
Duties will include: *Dealing with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, photocopying and data entry.
*Use of databases and digital portfolio site for apprentices.
*Making phone calls and dealing with enquiries on the manager's behalf.
*Managing the paperwork and data of new applicants onto the apprenticeship program.
*Supporting the manager in general running of the facilities whilst they deliver the course.
As part of this government funded scheme you will have the opportunity to work towards a Level 2 qualification in IT Telecoms, Software and Web.
Depending on where your interests and career goals lie, you will get the opportunity to be more involved with the Cultural Curators project and gain as much experience as possible.
You will work 20 hours per week with extra hours required for training.
Ideal candidate: *Interest in arts administration
*Interest in the arts!
*Must NOT have a degree
*Experience in an administrative role.
*Proficient in using computers and MS office packages.
*Polite telephone manner.
*Reliable and organised
*MUST be aged 16-24 and eligible to work in the UK.
