We are a dynamic organisation focusing bringing reality diary blogging through interesting social ‘experiments’. Our latest project involves a dateathon, where four women in four international cities, go on 365 dates between them.

Job description

Contribute to the international success of a unique social experiment!
You must:
• Be in your final year of your degree – ideally in Commerce, Business, Media, Public Relations, Marketing or Human Resources.

• We are looking for future leaders and managers who are happy to start at the bottom and grow as our organisation expands its reach.

• Have an excellent command of English.

Tasks will include the following:
• Laising with team to manage diary of meetings and engagements via email, skype and phone.
• Manage the workflow of all team members and remote filing system.
• Systemise and document the organisation’s processes including preparing templates.

• Conduct research and draft surveys for marketing and media campaigns.
• Making contact and building relationships with sponsorship, advertising agents and media through emailing and phone.
• Make travel arrangements and bookings.

Job Requirements

As these are entry-level role, we are looking for candidates who are:
• Just starting out, enthusiastic, energetic and willing to learn.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar and the internet savvy.
• Ambitious, driven and full of ideas.
• Looking to gain career related work experience, recognition and build your portfolio of work.
• Looking to increase your business contacts and client management skills.
• Wanting to beat your fellow peers when competing for sought after graduate jobs.
• Great communications skills and maturity – a clear speaking voice.

• Disciplined and confident in order to assist in the management of a demanding international team across four time zones.

• Thrive under autonomy while working with an international and remotely connected team.
• Can contribute to at least 20 hrs a week of voluntary work, with a term of between three to 12 months.

After the project, you will have the ability to walk into an interview with the confidence and ability to show potential employers how you significantly contributed to the success of an international brand with solid, tangible outcomes and experiences.

Hours are flexible as you can work at home. However, you must be flexible to allow one-on-one coaching sessions with your Manager and more importantly, be able to meet deadlines. Mutual times will be agreed in advance.
