Over the course of your internship you will learn how to: > Conduct market research and competitor analysis. > Develop and implement a marketing plan. > Analyse marketing data and statistics. > Research and keep up-to-date with changes within the industry. > Support the PR/Marketing team with marketing campaigns. > Produce press releases and send them out to relevant press (as required).

ESSENTIAL  (MUST HAVE)

FOR ALL CCK ROLES

• A mature, open-minded, non-judgmental attitude;
• Self-motivated, reliable, hard-working, able to get along with people;
• Awareness and acceptance of alternative lifestyles, genders and sexualities;
• Comfortable around erotica. Much as we will respect your background, you will come in contact with adult materials and alternative sexual practices when working with us, and may also be actively involved in their promotion (e.g. safe sex). 

ROLE-SPECIFIC

• Excellent communication skills and spoken and written English in particular.
• Excellent computer, research and analytical skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail (incl. proofreading and quality control).
• Ambition, motivation and a willingness to learn.
• Conceptually innovative, able to think outside the box.
• Proven interest in PR/marketing.

DESIRABLE  (NICE TO HAVE)

• A degree in a related field or studying for one.
