Web Designer For UK Based Startup - Reading

Crinkld, a brand new UK startup, is looking for an awesome web designer to come and join our team, to help build a high-scale, complex, but amazing website.

You will be...
Working comfortably with a team of people your age, in a casual way, to build a superb website, to suit the service of tonnes of people. In the Summer, you will be invited to the Crinkld HQ, to come live, work and play with the team for 6 weeks, to help get the launched site out there to the masses, with your brilliant designing. In this time, all food, living and travel costs are covered.

The Deadlines:
We will be working casually together as a team, via Skype and our Project Management site, to get the site build by Christmas time, so we have time to get our thoughts and ideas together, and built it relaxingly, in our free time and make it perfect.

What's great about this job:
We're a team, you don't work for us, we work together, and we all have our own jobs. We're all around the same age, no annoying naggy bosses. It's your free time, we work casually, and we make it fun, without strict deadlines. Crinkld HQ is AWESOME. 

GCSE / Scottish Standard Grade / BTEC or NVQ equivalent

Art / Design
IT / Computer Science

- Brilliant HTML/HTML5 Skills
- Awesome CSS Skills
- Wicked with Photoshop/GIMP
- Ace knowledge of jQuery
- Good knowledge of AJAX

- Don't mind covering Customer Service every now and then
- Love beautiful, simple website designs
- Hate ugly, cluttered site, annoying pop up ad sites
