Job description
A King’s Camps Play Leader is responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of a range of activities such as fun team games, arts and crafts and drama games to the younger children on a King’s Camp activity camp. The Play Leader is responsible for the care and safety of the group of children aged between 3 and 7 years in their care and for delivering a fun and varied play experience. As well as supervising a group of children throughout each week on camp, the play leader is also responsible for designing and coordinating the daily extended hours programme, which takes place at the beginning and end of every camp day and includes arts and crafts, drama games, play activities and sports for children aged between 3 and 17 years. Residential camp opportunities are available for Play Leaders, please specify in your application if this would be of interest to you.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 in childcare or be studying primary teaching or childcare.
Experience of working with children aged 3-7 years is essential along with good organisational and creative skills.
