Marketing/Design Intern to join a team of leading real estate agents and French property finance brokers based in South West London.

·         Copywriting –including brochures, advertising campaigns, blogs, press releases, web content, newsletters, social media content, Twitter news, press articles

·         Responsibility for all aspects of e- mail campaigns

·         Database Management of the marketing aspect of the company CRM system

·         Production of content for emails, newsletters and website in HTML

·         Tracking and analysis of leads and impact of marketing activity

·         Involvement in all activities in support of the Sales Manager

·         Work closely with colleagues to understand web content requirements and able to create compelling content.

·         Identify new opportunities for content distribution.

·         Propose improvements to content marketing strategy.

A - Level / Scottish Highers / BTEC or NVQ equivalent
Undergraduate
Foundation Degree

Art / Design
English Language / Literature

·         Experience of writing online content in HTML

·         Experience of online marketing eg PPC, SEO

·         High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail

·         Expertise in creating engaging content across multiple formats

·         Excellent English with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams

·         Able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment

·         Knowledge of French and/or other European languages will be an advantage
