Job description

We need someone who can genuinely get the job done with a can do attitude towards work. You must be a problem solver with a passion for detail and focused on customer needs.

When in the workshop, you will help carry out assembly, fault finding and testing equipment. Your time will be split between the workshop and on the road with one of the senior engineers learning and developing your engineering skills.

GT Compressors Ltd is a company offering compressor hire to clients throughout London. Formed in 1971, the company has many years’ experience in the Air Compressors market.
We currently operate our equipment on approximately 300 hire sites and also support over 200 sites that have purchased our own brand of compressors.
Our success has been built upon keeping our equipment simple, robust and reliable. The compressors have been designed with the service engineer in mind, providing excellent access to all the components, so any work can be carried out quickly and efficiently.

Education Level

GCSE / Scottish Standard Grade / BTEC or NVQ equilivant

Job Requirements

Where you will assist:

• Servicing
• Breakdowns
• Workshop repair
• Installation & commissioning of compressed air systems
• Building relationship with customers
• Sales of extra ancillary equipment / Services we can provide.
• Installation of Spray Booths
• Assembly of Screw Compressors

Package:
Pay (Negotiable depending on experience)
40 hour week
20 days holiday
