MUSIC COORDINATOR FOR FILM OST PROJECT - London

We are looking for an experienced music coordinator to manage the development of a British Film. The hired applicant will be involved in all aspects of coordinating the original soundtrack to the film. They will be highly knowledgeable in music, have an extensive background to all musical genres, and be available immediately.

Be able to arrange, present and coordinate live auditions

To have knowledge of recording studio for use in London area

To be knowledgeable of music contracts

To have a keen ear for artist talent

To possess excellent communication abilities

To manage own workload

To promote, manage and ensure discipline at all times

To be an intermediary between artist and music agencies

To have a in depth knowledge of all internet and promotional mediums (for example YOU TUBE)

To be on video and recording sets

To provide A&R (Artiste and Repertoire) Duties

To report to the Head Music Engineer of any changes to artists

To talent scout, attend music events and shows

To implement new ideas in weekly meetings and provide minutes

A - Level / Scottish Highers / BTEC or NVQ equilivant
Undergraduate
Graduate with BA or BSc
Foundation Degree
Masters Degree

Advertising / Marketing / PR
Management
Media
Music

Applicant must have sound knowledge in Music Studies,

A proactive background,

Be willing to learn and take on new tasks

Bags of confidence,

Hardworking and loyal

Knowledge of Commercial Law is an advantage but not necessary
