Fast Growing Web App Company Needs Jack-of-all-Trades IT Support/Sales Reps NOW!

I own a small but fast growing software company located in Manchester, we make web apps and deliver online services - primarily to the radio industry. and I have a problem!

There are only 24 hours a day, and my rapidly expanding customer base want more more more more more more MORE! Are you the person to give it to them?

My customers want fast, friendly and personable support by email and phone. Can you help me get more sleep by making my problems disappear and making my customers adore my and my company - if the answer is yes, then we should talk.

My office is located in Manchester City Centre with 180 degree views of the hustle and bustle of it all and I’m looking for a mature, self motivated team player looking for something a bit DIFFERENT.

If you’re looking for 9-5, a big long list of benefits and comfy carpets, then this is not for you. I’m looking for someone who is willing to work in a flexible environment, part time from home and part time in the office.

I am looking for a jack of all trades, who is competent with solving issues and that can make my customers’ problems vanish in a heartbeat!

Technical Support, Billing and Sales Enquiries via Email and Phone
Calling customers and making them happy
Managing me and putting me in the right place at the right time (I need help)
Calling customers and persuading them to take advantage of special offers
Editing and Updating our self-help resources
