We are a small and growing digital agency based in Fulham, London. We differentiate ourselves from the competition with our focus on blue chip clients, specifically in the healthcare sector. Although we work on websites, a key focus area is intranets and internal communications.
Job description
· Keeping electronic and paper information/documentation organized and up to date using various software applications.
· Performing front of house duties such as greeting guests, answering the phone, transferring calls, and taking messages.
· Taking deliveries/checking post room.
· Distributing/filing all incoming mail.
· Scanning and copying documents.
· Compiling contact and telephone extensions lists.
· Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
· Monitoring stock levels of office supplies.
· Setting up meetings and organising food and drinks.
· Researching products and services.
· Website Content upload (tasks could be more demanding depending on your skills).
· Other administrative duties assigned to you by your manager.
· You may also be asked to get involved in other areas depending on your performance and skills.
