We may also share aggregate information with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or identifying information. You consent to us and StudentJob International using information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways.

Payment Per Application - Payment Model.
The monthly amount for the service is calculated by the amount of applications that you receive (minus the 3 free of charge applications the client receives).
The amount is calculated at the end of vacancy listing (30 days) or when the client cancels the vacancy listing via their account or as agreed upon with the Account Manager.
If clients do not receive any applications during the vacancy listing, there will be no charge.
Clients are required to pay the calculated amount within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed in writing with StudentJob) of receiving the online payment link sent via email that is connected to the Company Profile.
The client will be informed of the pricing and payment process via a confirmation email from StudentJob.
It is the responsibility of the client to agree with StudentJob should they wish to cancel their vacancy before the 30 days agreed upon publishing.
Should the client wish to upgrade the Payment Per Application vacancy to a Premium Vacancy type, the client must agree with StudentJob in writing with the Account Manager.
StudentJob reserves the right - in so far as it is legally permitted - not to refund any costs of payment and / or other costs in case of refund request.
Clients that do not pay within 30 days of receiving the invoice will automatically be sent to an external debt collector.
We are not responsible for the appropriateness of the candidates who apply to said jobLiability
We accept no liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue or profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or for any other indirect or consequential loss whatsoever) arising from your use of the site and we hereby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site.
You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
