History and description of IES Consulting services
IES Consulting is a Human Resources consultancy that facilitates recruitment and selection processes for international internships. Our primary function is to improve the communication between companies, students and schools/universities.
Since the company´s foundation in 2005 in Barcelona, we have developed partnerships with companies and universities in Spain, France, Germany, Latin America and other countries around the world. Through direct and personal contact with our team, more than 200 education centers in Europe already benefit from access to our database, with internship offers in more than 1000 companies.
IES Consulting has become a trusted partner for companies, students and education centres. We help educational institutions publish internship offers in relation to their academic curriculum. We also offer the opportunity for students to apply for internships that match their professional and academic projects with compliance with our partner companies who are able to find student profiles suited to their needs.

"The internship was an excellent experience in my life. I was welcomed by the company from the first days there. The company helped me to facilitate my integration with the local staff and I was followed and supported day by day. The people were always smiling and patient with me and I really liked it. Moreover, everybody was open-hearted, kind and ready to help, so I made friends very quickly. I was rapidly taught how to do my work and my initiative was always welcomed. At the end of the 2nd month of my internship I had already learned Spanish at a good level. It has been an unforgettable experience and I really thank IES-consulting for finding it for me. "First of all, I would like to thank IES for all their help and for finding me this internship.
I have been working in a four star hotel in Mallorca for six months on the Sales, Events and Booking Department. It gave me a great insight into how a hotel works and organizes Events. Our team consists of the Ecommerce, Sales, Events and Reservation Managers. I was lucky enough to work with all of them, therefore I learned a lot from the different areas. In the end, I was offered a permanent job after finishing my internship which showed me that my colleagues were satisfied with my work and also that I was part of the team.
