Summer School Activity Leader in Holbrook

Immerse Education is an award winning organisations providing experiences for students aged 11-15 from around the world to live and learn in the UK during the summer. Summer Mentors are a team of university undergraduate students who have been selected to supervise programme participants, to lead extracurricular activities and to organise evening social events and workshops. We place great importance on providing a safe, secure and enjoyable experience for our participants, and are looking for responsible staff that share our core values.

40 hours per week
Between £449.00 and £450.00 Per Week

What are you going to do:

Over the course of our two-week residential summer programme we deliver a busy programme of activities and events that run alongside our academic classes.

We are looking for fun, energetic and supportive individuals to lead on summer activities, with a particular focus on tennis coaching.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Managing evening routines in the boarding houses
  • Providing pastoral support to students aged 11-15, particularly younger children
  • Leading activities throughout the programme such as crafts, sports, movie nights and games
  • Leading trips and excursions at weekends
  • Responding to an ever-changing environment with a creative, positive and flexible attitude by thinking on your feet to overcome obstacles
