Preparing and storing casefiles once completed • Identifying and retrieving files to support paper trail • Cataloguing and organising of documents • Updating the documents storage and associated spreadsheets/databases • Dealing with closed documents and placing in outsourced storage • Assisting in monthly requests for audit in the offices • Supporting other office duties such as filing, reporting etc.
We currently require a methodical, organised and detail-oriented Archivist to join our busy office support team.
