What are you going to do:
As a Receptionist/Office Management Employee (m/f/d) for our client, a global leader in orthobiologics, your main responsibilities are:
- Reception: answering the phone, welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional and friendly impression of our client
- Manage the inbound mail (post) of the shared front office mailbox and divide within the office
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and beverages
- Receiving and supporting guests (transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.)
- Keeping the office clean
- Scheduling taxi for external guests or visiting executives
- Ordering and arranging lunches for internal meetings
- Supporting the orders of all internal Business cards

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken, Dutch is an advantage
