--Providing advise on policies and procedures for all divisions in the business including first line employee relations support, subject access requests and advise and support the wider HR community on processes relating to HR systems.
--Ensure accuracy of HR Systems data through regular and scheduled data cleansing activities.
Sales, Profit and Cash
--Generate ideas for policy and process improvement
--Desirable - basic knowledge of GDPR
--Desirable - basic knowledge of good employee relations practises
Skills
--Attention to detail

Experience
--Preferably experience of operating in a people / HR /payroll department
--Experience of using PeopleSoft 9.0 (desirable)
--Experience of using google sheets or Microsoft Excel
--Experience of delivering to deadlines and managing own workload
