About The Role
We have an opportunity for People Advisors/Administrators in our Contact Centre to support in the delivery of payroll and to be the first point of contact for People Managers for colleague queries ensuring that their thinking is customer first in all aspects of their role. This is a secondment / fixed term opportunity for 12 months.
 
Accountabilities for this role include:
 
Customer

--Suggest continuous improvement ideas to ensure that stakeholders’ requirements are fully met and /or exceeded

--Retain a customer focus through daily routines

Colleague

--Participate in projects, providing support for improving business processes and procedures.

--Take responsibility for cultivating positive working relationships

--Drive own development

--Display the Ways of Working

Operational

--Providing advise on policies and procedures for all divisions in the business including first line employee relations support,  subject access requests and advise and support the wider HR community on processes relating to HR systems.

--Ensure accuracy of HR Systems data through regular and scheduled data cleansing activities.

Sales, Profit and Cash

--Generate ideas for policy and process improvement 

About You
 Knowledge

--Desirable - basic knowledge of GDPR

--Desirable - basic knowledge of good employee relations practises

Skills

--Attention to detail

--Proficient analytical and numerical skills

--Ability to build good relationships

--Self-motivated and enthusiastic

--Excellent verbal communication and customer services skills

Experience

--Preferably experience of operating in a people / HR /payroll department

--Experience of using PeopleSoft 9.0 (desirable)

--Experience of using google sheets or Microsoft Excel

--Experience of delivering to deadlines and managing own workload
