As part of leap9's ongoing consulting work with Urban, we are excited to be assisting them in their search for Customer Service Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic start-up who are shaking up the billion dollar wellness industry. Now accelerating into a new era of growth, they are seeking driven individuals to support their growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Be proactive in liaising with therapists and customers to ensure bookings run smoothly
Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues with speed and purpose
Respond to Urban's customers, therapists and partners through phone, email, and live chat
Drive improvement to customer service by collecting and reporting feedback to the business
Work a shift pattern of 5 8-hour shifts a week, operating between 6am and 11pm, with 2 weekends worked a month
Required Skills:
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication
Aptitude for building great customer relationships
A calm and welcoming telephone manner
High quality problem solving at pace
Effective multi-tasking and prioritising
Active contribution to creating a brilliant team environment aligned to Urban's culture and mission
