What are you going to do:
- Analyse data from various sources, including data on energy cost, operational business costs, competitor pricing and customer behaviour and characteristics
- Run existing models using SQL, Excel and VBA to extract dataset and transform data into information and insight
- Apply economic and financial principles in pricing setting, monitoring and managing margins within our product suite
- Produce tariff price files to be used within our billing system and to be sent to our sales channels
- Work with Sales, Finance and Operational functions to ensure price changes are implemented successfully into all our IT systems and communicated to all our stakeholders
- Produce regular presentations and reports based on pricing, margin, sales and competitor information
- Work with senior member of the pricing team to develop compelling commercial evaluations and recommendations
- Recommend price changes for core channels that support core business objectives
- Recommend and deliver new price structuring, products and promotions based on business requirements
- Run reports and models, creating improvements to our reporting
- Influence and challenge core stakeholders through impactful insight and presentations
