Working in a fun environment, both inside and
outside we have an array of Shops and Leisure Retail venues on resort which
offer varied product, such as the Showtime Studios where our Commercial Resort
Photography operates from, which is the perfect place for our guests capture ‘memories
that last a lifetime.’
You will also operate our
Leisure offering which consists of Cinema & Kiosk operating and Bingo
hosting alongside with others.
You will be responsible for all aspects of
delivering a professional shopping and activity experience with seamless
service whilst maintaining the sense of theatre and fun our guests expect from
a holiday at Butlins.
The Role
Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide
exceptional service to really prove ‘Our true intent is all for your
families delight’
Help alongside our photography sales team in
capturing and selling memories to our guests
Have attention to detail, with the ability to
communicate at all levels and thrive under pressure
Engage and build relationships with our guests
helping them get the most from their stay
Work as a team to consistently deliver day to
day operations to a pristine standard
Operate a till and handle financial
transactions
You will be tasked with ensuring that strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
