We’re seeking a highly efficient, proactive, hard-working individual to join a successful, growing business based in Watford. As a result of continuous growth, we are looking to add another account manager to our growing team, who has a keen interest in sales and is a motivated self-starter.
The business is looking for the candidate to start immediately, although we will be prepared to wait for the right candidate. The purpose of this role is to manage the whole account delivery function and develop our clients' experience. Responsibilities include: Manage key customer accounts, Problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales director and field salespeople to deliver an excellent customer experience. This is predominantly a phone based role so candidate MUST be completely comfortable making proactive outbound sales calls.
