About The Role
We are foodmakers and shopkeepers, we’re proud to be the UK’s fourth largest supermarket serving more than 11 million customers each week across our growing network of around 500 stores.

We believe in recruiting people who are passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and want to play an essential part in our ongoing success. Providing leadership, direction and ensuring standards remain high, you’ll bring a management style that motivates and brings out the best in those around you.

We’re looking for talented café managers and catering and hospitality professionals to take our cafés to the next level. Working more sociable hours, you’ll be given the freedom to run every aspect of your café, you should have a good commercial brain and a real passion for growing sales and delighting your customers by providing quality food and a service you’re proud of.
 
About You
A fresh thinking café manager, you’ll be able to develop, lead and inspire your team to always deliver an outstanding service and the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. Not afraid to put your fresh ideas into action, you must know all about café, catering or hospitality management from stock availability to the commercial side of things.
 
A real people person who will bring out the best in everybody in your team, you must enjoy leading by example, meeting the needs of your customers and helping them to afford to eat well - every day. You should also have a can-do attitude and be dedicated to providing a fantastic service and driving our café forward in a fast-paced environment.
