We are looking for a self starter to join our small team in South London, during this very exciting time for Do South. As we expand our interior design services, we need someone to help with running and maintaining our showroom. A love for all things interior, and a 'can do' attitude is what we are looking for.
You will be the first point of contact in the showroom for our customers, welcoming them in, and helping them with any questions they might have about our product and services. You will serve customers on the till, and deal with orders and equiries in the showroom, over the phone, and online.
You will have customer service/retail experience and fantastic interpersonal skills as you will assist customers face to face, over the phone and via email.
You will also have an interest in interior design and will get to know our product and brands well so that you are confident in talking about them with our customers ('on the job training' will be given).
You will also be responsible for organising and mantaining orders, enquiries, product and pricing inventories as well as assisting with product uploads and changes to our website. E-commerce experience would be a bonus.
We are looking for someone who is interested in making this role their own and really taken ownership and pride of our fantastic showroom.
