Fleet Operations Advisor in Bradford

Due to business growth we’ve got a new position for a Fleet Operations Advisor supporting our Online function on a permanent basis. 

Based at our Support centre in Bradford and reporting into a Senior Online Manager. You’ll provide strong administrative support to the Morrisons.com operations team. 

As a Fleet Operations Advisor you’ll be responsible for things like this:

• Working to help resolve queries on fleet cost and maintenance issues

• Ensuring admin accuracy to have the van fleet fully equipped, at the right time, and in the right place to serve our customers

• Building and maintaining strong relationships internally to support operations with our strategic partners (Ocado)

• Holding strong relationships with key Morrisons and fulfilment partner stakeholders

• Supporting the wider operations team, ensuring the entire workload of the team is completed in a timely manner

• Working with our delivery partners to secure capacity requirements in line with customer demands

• Being part of the weekend cover rota, supporting the team as part of the wider Digital Operations function

• Recommending opportunities to improve current processes

• Ensuring all admin is completed and executed to a high standard 

• Completing tasks ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times and that issues and queries are resolved quickly 

• Ensuring the agreed routes for store pick operations are in place in a timely manner, this includes setting up new stores and amending routes

• Having a good understanding of the online business to enable ownership of online queries and questions

• Ensuring timely visibility of costs, and ensuring a great understanding of cost agreements so that costs can be challenged

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data sets

• Excellent IT skills with the ability to navigate a variety of systems

• Excellent data management skills, particularly highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and database management with the ability to recommend process and systems changes
