Developmental Role to Assistant Premises Manager - Apprenticeship
An innovative and exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking Estates team at Solent NHS Trust in this new developmental role culminating in completion of a Level 4 Facilities Management apprenticeship Foundation Degree over 2 years.
Along with drive, enthusiasm and ambition to progress over a 2 year period you will have 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English Grade C/4 or above. Your foundation degree qualifications will be fully funded to develop your career pathway and you will also receive a salary which increases at successfully met progression points:
Band 2, £17,652 year 1
Band 3, £19,737 year 2
Band 4, £21,892 will be achieved upon successful completion of this Foundation Degree.
On completion of the apprenticeship, Apprentices will be eligible to apply for associate grade at the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). Apprentices will receive affiliate grade membership of BIFM during the apprenticeship
