Support Staff in London

A rare opportunity exists for a person seeking casual work with experience in customer service, technology and auditing to join our emerging business that focuses on building digital games and data-driven products to the sports industry.

5 - 18 hours per week
Between £8.00 and £11.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

The main role will be monitoring a number of our live products on match days to ensure that there are no issues or bugs that could impact the integrity of the products. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail to spot potential issues quickly and respond in an effective and efficient manner.

Secondary responsibilities include responding to customer queries in an appropriate manner and raising any issues accordingly. This role requires weekend and evening availability.
