Vacancy abroad: Ebay customer service in Lisbon

What are you going to do:

• Handle incoming calls from users of the platform and advise the customer
• Answer in the most efficient way to requests relative to the site
• Ebay (personal account, online purchasing, reimbursements…). 
• Guide users of Ebay website, understand their needs and propose solutions in a warm and friendly tone. 
• Ensure to buyers and sellers a quality service by mail or by phone.
