What are you going to do:
As an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for a reputed cosmetic company, you will be the main interlocutor for French clients.
Your mission during this 4-months project:
- Help and support clients thanks to the chat and brand’s social networks, as well as by phone and mail
- Ensure a nice buying experience for clients

Update the database after each contact with the client

Process clients demands in an original and creative way

What we ask:
- At least finished university degree
- Bachelor degree
- You are French native, with a perfect grammar and communication skills
- You are available from September to December
- You are available on week-ends
- You are available from 9am to 9pm
- Very good English proficiency level
- You like client contact and you are service-oriented
- Knowledge about cosmetic products is a significant plus
- You are empathic, concerned about clients and ready to always give your maximum to exceed clients expectations.
