As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be a Brand Ambassador bringing our products and service to life with a fun and enthusiastic approach whilst using your own personality and expertise. You’ll help to answer questions and offer speedy solutions through a variety of contact methods mostly via phone and email to ensure our customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.

This role is fixed term from September to March.
As a Customer Advisor, you will use your own expertise and style, you’ll listen to our customers throughout the journey including pre and post-booking, before they go on holiday and when they return home by answering questions and solving problems on the spot.
You’ll ensure that all forms of contact mostly by phone and email - are handled quickly and with a friendly ‘can-do’ attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding performance targets against key performance indicators. Following your comprehensive product training you’ll be expected to provide open, honest and expert advice and suggestions to assist the customer with their holiday.
You’ll work closely with teams from across the business as the ‘voice’ of our customers, and actively work with the business to share recommendations for change. If things do not go quite right, you will be pro-active and confident to investigate and resolve every question or complaint straight away. You’ll let customers know of any unforeseen changes that may affect their holiday plans, and help to provide the best outcome possible.
You will inspire and respect your colleagues whilst sharing a great amount of fun and knowledge. You’ll ensure you are up to speed with our product, sharing your knowledge and using your initiative to ensure you are an expert in our holidays. You will enjoy change and challenges; and working in a fast paced environment brings out the best in you.
