We’re Cool Cold Brew and we unleash potential to improve everyday experiences. We’re currently disrupting the ready-to-drink coffee market with a range of healthier and higher-quality cold brew coffee drinks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a focused, hardworking and high-energy ops assistant who will help keep our operations running smoothly. You don’t need ops experience, but it wouldn’t go a miss.

We need you to be the person behind the scenes connecting all the moving parts – the air traffic controller of the business! You need to be ready for fast-paced action and you’ll get the chance to quickly learn about the key decisions and actions that impact a growing FMCG business.

If you’re looking to kick-start your career in FMCG/Food & Drink or looking to start a business, then this role is ideal for you.

Supply Chain Coordination and Inventory Management

  • Work with our commercial team to analyse and forecast expected order quantities from our distribution channels in order to ensure we can appropriately plan production and stock control
  • Ensure we have the right level of stock and inventory in the right places at the right time

Everything Else

  • As a startup, everyone in the business needs to be able to get stuck into tasks that sometimes are not your primary role, it isn’t always glamorous (it sometimes is), but you’ll get a 360 degree experience of what it is like to work in FMCG and a startup challenger brand

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE/HAVE

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and ability to forward plan
  • Resilient, flexible and hardworking
  • Fast-learner, with an ability to pick up new skills rapidly
  • Hands on - this isn’t just a desk job

If you’d like to jump right into a breakout challenger brand, then this is the place for you. We will support your learning and development with induction and ongoing training.

Based in our Manchester City Centre office, the Operations Assistant is a part-time role (8-16 hours per week). Though Manchester based, you must just be as happy to travel to attend events, shows, meetings and be a brand facing ambassador when ad where required.
