As a Research Associate (m/f/d) for leadership and management positions (Executive Search), your goal is to conduct research in order to better assess the market in Germany and identify potential candidates (m/f/d). Thus, one of your main responsibilities is to assist the entire team in developing a local and international search strategy to pre-select professionals, to be in constant contact with a network of executive candidates, and to identify target companies and individuals through a variety of resources, including in-house databases.
