Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter in Lewes

What are you going to do:

Monkey Bizness, Lewes is a busy indoor soft play centre located in Lewes (25 min walk from nearest train station & 10 minutes from nearest bus stop).

We are looking for a part time kitchen assistant & a weekend kitchen porter to join our team. Earliest start time 8.30am, latest finish 8.45pm weekdays & 8pm weekends.

Kitchen Assistant duties:
(2-4 shifts per week)
- Opening & closing the kitchen

- Food prep and service
- Cleaning & working on pot wash section

Kitchen Porter Duties:
- Working on the pot wash section
- Assistant the cooks with food prep & cleaning
