We are currently offering full or part time contracts working either day or night shifts and in return for your hard work, we pay £11.50 per hour (from 1st April) plus amazing benefits and a £750 joining bonus.

Shift patterns: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am
£2ph Overtime Pay Rate and 50p weekend enhancement

What you’ll be doing
Being a Care Assistant doesn’t just mean helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible while respecting their rights of choice, privacy and dignity. It also means working as part of a team to identify their unique goals and implement personalised care plans. What you’ll need
Experience of caring for others would be useful, not necessarily in a paid role – you may have looked after an elderly relative or friend. More important though is your kind-hearted nature, your belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative and imagination, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload. You’ll be comfortable talking to, and working with, people from different professions, you’re great at keeping records too. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
Our highly trained and experienced team at Montfort Manor delivers full time nursing and residential care, short term respite care as well as specialist dementia care. The team at Montfort Manor will get to know your loved one extremely well. In fact, we will work with all your family when your loved one first joins us, getting to know every aspect of their life and personality, their interests, preferences and wishes. Then we will create care and lifestyle plans – even menus – that are personalised for them, so that they can spend each day doing the things that bring them meaning, satisfaction and a sense of independence. We believe that residents deserve the very best.
